What are your hours?

9AM to 9PM routine hours for telemedicine, 9AM to 5PM M to F and 9AM to 1PM Sat, closed for certain public and religious holidays, see schedule for current availability. 

Do you accept insurance

Claiming through your insurance all depends on your provider and your level of care. Just refer your invoice to your insurance provider and we will provide any information needed to make the process as easy as possible.

What is the turnaround for scripts and sick leave

You are guaranteed a same-day medical assessment.
If, after proper clinical assessment, a prescription or sick leave certificate is not appropriate, we will explain why and guide your next steps. You are only charged when a doctor has completed a proper consultation and documentation. Delays make occur with telemedicine services as in person consultations can be unpredictable. 

I'm not registered with Swiftdoc, can I still be seen?

We will see any patient regardless of age, registered, non registered. All patients can rest assured to find care with us and we will provide you with a discharge note for your GP
