What are your hours?

9AM to 9PM routine hours, closed for certain public and religious holidays, see schedule for current availability. 

Do you accept insurance

Claiming through your insurance all depends on your provider and your level of care. Just refer your invoice to your insurance provider and we will provide any information needed to make the process as easy as possible.

What is the turnaround for scripts and sick leave

You are guaranteed your script OR medical sick leave in your email inbox or by whatsapp on the same working day or refunded if deemed not appropriate for this service by our clinical governance team

I'm not registered with Swiftdoc, can I still be seen?

We will see any patient regardless of age, registered, non registered. All patients can rest assured to find care with us and we will provide you with a discharge note for your GP
